POLICY

SKIN UNLIMITED REQUIRES A VALID CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD ON FILE TO BOOK ANY SERVICE. NO CHARGES WILL BE PROCESS TILL THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED. 

WE ARE EXCITED WHEN YOU CALL OR BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT ONLINE, WE PREPARE EVERYTHING TO MAKE SURE YOUR TIME IS RESPECTED, WE ONLY ASK FOR THE SAME COURTESY BACK.  WE WANT YOU TO MAKE YOUR PLANS IN ADVANCE THAT WAY YOU MAKE SURE YOU ENJOY YOUR TIME WITH US.  WE DO UNDERSTAND THAT UNFORTUNATE THINGS CAN HAPPEN,  IF YOU HAVE TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL  YOUR APPOINTMENT THIS IS THE PROCESS.

CANCELLATION POLICY THAT FOLLOWS THIS PROCESS:

  • ANY CANCELATIONS HAVE TO BE WITHIN 48 HOURS OR MORE.

  • ANY CANCELATIONS WITH LESS THEN 48 HOURS WILL HAVE A $25 LATE CANCELLATION FEE.

  • ANY RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS HAVE TO BE WITHIN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE AND IT WILL HAVE A $10 RESCHEDULING FEE.

  • CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULE WITH LESS THE 24 HOURS WOULD HAVE A CHARGE OF 50% OF THE SERVICE.

  • NO SHOW IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL PAYMENT OF THE SERVICE SCHEDULE.

WE CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY, PLEASE LEAVE YOUR KIDS IN A FUN SAFE PLACE WHILE YOU RECEIVE YOUR SERVICES, THIS IS TIME FOR YOU AND WE DON'T WANT YOU WORRY.

FOR LIABILITY PURPOSES NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 12 CAN RECEIVE A SERVICE DONE BY SKIN UNLIMITED, NO ONE UNDER 16 YEARS OLD CAN BE WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION DURING THE SERVICE. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 8 CAN BE ALONE IN THE WAITING AREAS. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY STOLEN OR DAMAGES DONE TO PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
